摘要
通过使用紫外分光光度法测定了梵净山翠峰茶叶多酚的含量,结果显示茶叶多酚的含量是21.45mg/mL,为贵州铜仁茶叶的综合利用提供了科学依据。
The Polyphenol content in cuifeng tea from Fanjing Mountain was measured by using the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method. The result showed that the Polyphenol content of tea was 21.45mg/mL. It provides a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of the tea in Tongren.
