试论湖南工程机械企业的国际化竞争与合作

The International Competition and Cooperation of Hunan Construction Machinery Enterprises

本文介绍了三一集团、中联重科、山河智能等湖南工程机械企业的国际化概况,与卡特彼勒、小松、CNH等国外跨国巨头的国际化情况进行对比,并设计国际化能力的评价指标,采用主成分分析法,将三一重工、中联重科、山河智能等湖南工程机械企业与卡特彼勒、小松、CNH等国外跨国巨头及徐工、柳工、龙工等国内企业的国际化能力得分进行比较,加以分析,在进一步分析湖南工程机械企业国际化的弱势与瓶颈的基础上,提出湖南工程机械企业国际化竞争与合作的对策。

This paper introduces the internationalization profile of Hunan construction machinery enterprises such as Sany Group,Zoomlion and Sunward,and compares their internationalization with that of some foreign multinational giants such as Caterpillar,Komatsu and CNH,designs the evaluation indexes of internationalization capacity.By using principal component analysis,this paper also compares the score of internationalization capacity of Sany Heavy Industry,Zoomlion and Sunward with that of Caterpillar,Komatsu,CNH and other foreign multinational giants and XCMG,LIUGONG,Lonking and other domestic companies,by analyzing the score.On the base of further study of the weakness and bottleneck of the internationalization of Hunan construction machinery enterprises,this paper also put forward the countermeasures of international competition and cooperation of Hunan construction machinery enterprises.
