西部县域工业园区产业培育研究——基于县域经济发展视角

Industry Cultivation for the County Industrial Parks in the West of China——Perspective of the County Economic Development

不同级别的工业园区对地方经济的带动作用不同,与国家级工业园区相比,县域工业园区更容易带动地方经济的发展。以嵩明县杨林工业园区为例研究表明,当前县域工业园区产业存在着总量规模偏小,产业关联不紧密、本土产业培植被忽视等问题。今后县域工业园区的产业培育可采取阶段性发展策略,对外来植入型产业和本土内生型产业分别采取有针对性的培育措施。

It is the fact that the effects of the different levels industrial parks exert on the local economy are distinguishing,and the county industrial parks play a more important role in driving local economy development compared to the state_-level industrial parks.With the case of Yanglin industrial park of Songming county,come problems of the county industrial parks nowaday are inspected：extremely small scale of gross economic;incompact industry relevance;neglection for the local industry cultivating,ect.The cultivation for the local industrial park indstry may be actualized in a tactic by phases,and pertinent policies should be implemented respectively to the extraneous embedded industry and home mdigenous industry.
