托吡酯对大鼠创伤性脑损伤的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨大鼠创伤性脑损伤(TBI)后托吡酯对血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、脑水肿和脑损伤体积的影响。方法应用Feeney法制作大鼠TBI实验模型。选取45只成年Wistar大鼠,随机分成假手术组(15只)、对照组(15只)和托吡酯治疗组(15只)。制模成功24h时放免法测定血清NSE含量,2d后干湿重法测脑组织含水量,3d后红四氮唑(TTC)染色法测定脑损伤体积。结果托吡酯治疗组血清NSE水平[(5.81±2.27)ng/ml]较对照组[(9.76±1.18)ng/ml]显著降低(P<0.05)。托吡酯治疗组脑水肿[(80.2±0.5)%]较对照组[(91.6±0.6)%]明显减轻(P<0.05)。托吡酯治疗组脑损伤体积[(18.5±2.5)mm3]较对照组[(37.0±2.6)mm3]明显变小(P<0.05)。结论托吡酯可减轻创伤后脑神经元的损害和脑水肿,缩小脑损伤体积。
