摘要
分析了国产引进型600MW机组投产后1号轴振超标、9号轴振超标、2号瓦温偏高的原因。通过现场动平衡和降低2号轴承标高0.015mm,解决了1号轴振超标、2号瓦温偏高问题;通过抬高9号轴承的标高,调整联轴器下张口为0.020mm,解决了9号轴振超标问题,为同类型问题的解决提供了非常实用的参考。
This paper analyzes the reasons for home introduced 600MW generating units No. 1 shaft excessive vibration, No. 9 shaft vibration exceeding, No. 2 bearing high temperature. Through the field balancing and reducing No. 2 beating elevation 0.015mm,resolve excessive vibration of the No. 1 shaft,No. 2 beating on high temperature; by raising the No. 9 beating elevation, adjust the coupling under the mouth to 0. 020ram, solved No. 9 shaft vibration exceeding the question, for the same type of problem solving provides a very useful reference.
