家蚕杂交种主要经济性状正反交间的差异研究

Analysis on the Difference Between Reciprocal Hybrids of Major Economic Characteristics of Silkworm,Bombyx mori

利用完全双列杂交试验,分析了家蚕杂交种13个主要经济性状正反交之间的差异。结果得出:家蚕杂交种的主要经济性状其正反交之间普遍存在着差异,造成这些差异主要原因是母体效应。研究结果对指导杂交组合选配、特别是雄蚕品种选育具有一定的指导意义。

Analysis on the differences between reciprocal hybrids of 13 major economic characteristics of the silkworm Bombyx mori was carried out. Results showed that the differences between reciprocal hybrids of major economic characteristics were commonly existed, which mainly caused by maternal effect. This result might be served as the guide line in pairing hybrid combinations, especially the male silkworm breeding.
