新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病64例临床及CT分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)64例,从窒息及其有关因素,出生1minApgar评分,临床表现,头颅CT检查,动脉血氧饱和度测定几方面进行分析。结果:全部病例均有窒息或窒息高危因素。其中1minApgar评分≤7分52例,>7分12例,HIE程度与1minApgar评分基本相符;头颅CT与临床HIE程度完全相符52例,占81.25%,9例CT未见低密度影。结论:在HIE诊断中,不能单以1minApgar评分高低或生后2~3天头颅CT无低密度改变而否定HIE,应以临床表现为主,结合孕产史、CT检查等动态观察综合分析评定。
