摘要
了解北京市丰台区小学女教师心理健康状况及可能的影响因素,使小学女教师心理健康状况得到社会关注,为改善小学女教师心理健康状况提供参考。方法:采用症状自评量表SCL-90问卷和自制教师工作满意度问卷,对丰台区小学按比例分层随机抽样,对393名教师进行了问卷调查。结果:半数以上的教师有一定的心理健康问题,小学女教师的心理健康问题与其工作满意度有关。结论:小学女教师的心理健康需引起各级教育部门政策制定者的重视,改善教师责权利的匹配度。
Objective:To understand the status and possible effect factors of psychological health of female primary school teachers,attract more attention from the society to psychological health of female primary school teachers,provide a basis for improving their psychological health status.Methods:Symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)and a self-designed questionnaire about satisfaction of teachers' work were used to survey 393 teachers who were selected from Fengtai district by stratified random sampling method.Results:More than half of the teachers had psychological problems,which were related to their work satisfaction.Conclusion:The psychological health of female primary school teachers needs more attentions from education administrations and policy makers,the matching degree of responsibility and right of teachers should be improved.
