摘要
开发了一种适用于合成气、高含量CO、乙烯、富烃气、高纯氢气等气源的TO-3贵金属脱氧催化剂。该催化剂低温活性好、选择性高,使用空速高(~6000 h-1),可将原料气中0.002%~1.0%的氧脱除至(1~10)×10-6(V/V)以下,且与CO副反应少。多种实际工况条件下的应用表明,TO-3贵金属脱氧催化剂性能优异、稳定性好。
The TO-3 type catalyst was developed for removing oxygen in variety of industrial gases such as synthesis gas, rich CO, C2 H4, rich hydrocarbon, high purity H2 etc. The catalytic deoxidizer has remarkable activity and high selectivity in low temperature and its space velocity can reach about 6000 h^-1. Between 0. 002% to 1.0% ( volumetric fraction) when feed gas contents oxygen, the catalyst remove oxygen so deeply that the residual oxygen in outlet gas is less than 10 ×10^-6 (V/V), furthermore, the side reaction of carbon monoxide with oxygen is low in reaction condition. All kinds of the reaction condition indicate that the TO-3 type catalyst is prominent and stable in oxygen removal of industrial gas field.
