摘要
由于抗菌药物的滥用以及免疫抑制疗法和器官移植等易感因素的增加,肺曲霉病的发病率逐年增高。本文综述近年肺曲霉病诊治的相关研究成果,重点讨论侵袭性肺曲霉病的易感因素、诊断手段及其治疗方法。
Because of the abuse of antibiotics and increasing of predisposing factors such as immune depression therapy and organ transplantation,the incidence rate of pulmonary aspergillosis increases year by year.This review summarizes the achievements of recent researches on pulmonary aspergillosis,especially the predisposing factors,diagnosis and treatment for invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.
