摘要 提高深部真菌感染诊治水平的关键在于建立规范、可靠的实验室检查方法与合理、实用、可行并相对统一的诊断标准,以及正确选用抗真菌药物。本文全面介绍我国目前开展的用于深部真菌感染检测的方法及其临床应用,包括传统的真菌直接镜检及培养,以及以真菌抗原为基础的各种免疫学检测方法,如曲霉半乳甘露聚糖抗原测定(GM试验)、1,3-β-D-葡聚糖检测(G试验)及隐球菌乳胶凝集试验等,分析各方法的特点。 The keys for improving the diagnosis and treatment for deep fungal infection are to establish standardized and reliable laboratory methods as well as reasonable,practical,feasible and relatively uniform diagnostic criteria,and to select the appropriate antifungal agents.This review introduces the current detection methods of deep fungal infection applied extensively in our country,including traditional direct microscopy and fungal culture as well as a variety of fungal antigen-based immunoassay methods,such as Aspergillus antigen determination of galactomannan(GM),1,3-β-D-glucan test(G test) and cryptococcal latex agglutination tests,and analyzes the characteristics of these methods.
