摘要
目的探讨营养治疗对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者及其新生儿的作用。方法 200例经产前检查确诊为GDM的患者接受个体化营养治疗,以治疗前后患者血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平变化及新生儿出生体重为疗效评价指标。结果接受营养治疗后,患者血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均较治疗前显著下降,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);新生儿出生平均体重为(3.124±0.316)kg,无巨大儿出生,无新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征发生。结论营养治疗对控制GDM患者血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平疗效显著,有助于新生儿的安全诞生。
Objective To observe the effects of nutritional therapy for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) and their newborns.Methods Totally 200 GDM patients were enrolled and administered with nutritional therapy.The levels of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin before and after treatment as well as birth weight of newborns were evaluated.Results Compared with pre-treatment,the levels of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin decreased significantly after treatment(P〈0.05).The average birth weight of newborns was(3.124±0.316) kg and there was no macrosomia.No neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS) happened.Conclusion Nutritional therapy is helpful to control the levels of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and to the safety of newborns.
