儿童哮喘雾化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇与布地奈德的依从性与成本-效果分析

Compliance and cost-efficacy of inhaling salbutamol sulfate and budesonide for children with asthma

目的评价儿童哮喘雾化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇与布地奈德的依从性和成本-效果比。方法 180例哮喘患儿按治疗方案分为三组,A组:雾化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇与布地奈德;B组:雾化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇;C组:雾化吸入布地奈德,量化患儿服药依从性情况,运用成本-效果分析法进行回顾性分析和评价。结果 A、B、C三组治疗有效率分别为96.67%、90.00%和88.33%,A组有效率高于B、C组(P<0.05);三组费用成本分别为276.00、169.80和106.20元,成本-效果比分别为2.86、1.89和1.20;相对于C组,A、B组的增量成本-效果比分别是20.36和38.08。三组患儿服药依从性好。结论通过成本-效果分析和患者服药依从性等方面综合考虑,雾化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇与布地奈德为哮喘患儿的最佳治疗方案。

Objective To evaluate the compliance and cost-efficacy ratio of inhaling salbutamol sulfate and budesonide for children with asthma.Methods Totally 180 children with asthma were divided into 3 groups according to different treatments（Group A： inhaling salbutamol sulfate and budesonide,Group B： inhaling salbutamol sulfate,Group C： inhaling budesonide）.Drug compliance of these children were quantified.At the same time,the cost-efficacy of each group was evaluated retrospectively.Results The effective rates of group A,B and C were 96.67%,90.00% and 88.33%,and group A was better than group B and C（P〈0.05）.The costs of group A,B and C were 276.00,169.80 and 106.20 yuans.The cost-efficacy ratio of 3 groups were 2.86,1.89 and 1.20.Compared with group C,the increased cost-efficacy ratio of group A and B were 20.36 and 38.08 respectively.The compliance of each group was good.Conclusion Inhaling salbutamol sulfate and budesonide is the best therapeutic regimen considering the cost-efficacy and compliance.
