骨形态发生蛋白6对机体铁代谢调控的机制 被引量：4

摘要 骨形态发生蛋白6(BMP6)为TGF-β超家族中的一员,已有的研究表明BMP6具有成骨和成软骨作用,最新的研究发现了它对机体的铁代谢也具有重要的调控作用,通过调节铁调素(hepcidin)的表达,在调节机体铁稳态过程中扮演着重要角色。
