中空玻璃用封端型聚氨酯密封剂的研制 被引量:3

摘要 在双组分聚氨酯(PU)密封剂中,其A组分的基体树脂为封端型PU预聚体,B组分中解封剂为聚酰胺树脂(650#)。研究了解封剂用量、抗紫外光稳定剂等助剂对双组分弹性密封剂性能的影响。结果表明:当w(650#)=20%~30%(相对于PU预聚体而言)时,PU密封剂的综合性能相对最佳;密封剂中同时加入三元复合稳定剂(由紫外光吸收剂UV-531和UV-770、抗氧剂1010组成),可有效提高密封剂的耐紫外光老化性能;密封剂B组分中选用聚氨酯型增塑剂(PUZ),可有效解决增塑剂与650#之间的相容性和抗迁移性,从而提高了B组分的储存稳定性。 With blocking polyurethane(PU) prepolymer as matrix resin in A-component,polyamide resin(650#) as deblocking agent in B-component,so two-component PU sealant was prepared.The influences of deblocking agent content,anti-UV stabilizing agent and other additives were investigated on properties of two-component elastic sealant.The results showed that the PU sealant had relatively optimal combination property when mass fraction of 650# was 20%-30% in PU prepolymer.The sealant can availably improve anti-UV aging when ternary compound stabilizing agents,including UV absorbent of UV-531 UV-770 and antioxidant 1010,were introduced into sealant.The storage stability of B-component was enhanced because the problem of compatibility and transfer resistance between plasticizer and 650# could be solved when PU type plasticizer(PUZ) in B-component of sealant was selected.
