国际劳工标准对劳动密集型产业出口的影响

Impact of international labor standards on export of labor-intensive industry

发达国家主张将国际劳工标准与贸易协议挂钩,以此来削弱低劳工标准国家的出口优势。我国的劳工标准相对于发达国家较低,将劳工标准问题与贸易协议挂钩,将会对我国的出口贸易造成影响。文章分析了劳工标准的全面推行对我国劳动密集型产业出口的影响,得出短期内对该产业出口贸易有抑制作用,长期具有促进作用的结论。

Developed countries insist that International Labor Standards must be linked up with trade agreements,in order to weaken export dominant position of the countries of low labor standards.The labor standard is lower in our country than in developed countries,and our country will be affected if bringing labor standards into trade agreements.The paper analyses impact of entirely pushing labor standards on export of labor-intensive industry of our country,draws the conclusion that it will inhibit the export in short term,but benefit it in long term.
