摘要
应用模糊综合评价方法对煤粉的着火状态进行定量评估,提出了着火及时性指数:js=b2/(b1+b2+b3)×100%,其值越大,说明着火情况越好。在某电厂锅炉上的试验表明:运行优化调整前,着火及时性指数为19.7%~68.6%,飞灰含碳量5.5%;运行优化调整后,着火及时性指数大幅度增加,达89.6%~92.2%,飞灰含碳量降至4.5%,表明模糊综合评价能准确地反映煤粉的着火状态,为锅炉燃烧调整提供指导。
By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the fuzzy mathematics,the ignition state of pulverized coal has been quantitatively evaluated,putting forward the index of ignition timeliness js=b2/(b1+b2+b3)×100%,the greater its value may become,the better ignition situation is.Test carried on boiler in one power plant shows that the index of ignition timeliness is 19.7% to 68.0% before adjustment optimization in operation,the carbon content in fly ash being 5.5%%;After adjustment optimiation in operation,the index of ignition timeliness has largely increased,reaching 89.6%-92.2%,the carbon content in fly ash has decreased to 4.5%.Application shows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can accurately reflect the ignition situation of pulverized coal,providing a guide for combustion adjustment of boilers.
