国华盘山电厂循环水杀菌灭藻方案的改进 被引量:2

IMPROVEMENT OF STERILIZATION AND ALGAE EXTERMINATION SCHEME FOR CIRCULATING WATER IN GUOHUA PANSHAN POWER PLANT

摘要 国华盘山发电有限责任公司(盘山电厂)原采用非氧化型杀菌剂季铵盐和异噻唑啉酮对循环水进行杀菌灭藻,效果不佳。为此,对循环水及循环水系统污泥中的不同菌种进行测定,根据测定出的菌种有针对性地进行杀菌试验,筛选出可有效杀灭循环水系统各种细菌的杀菌灭藻剂,并对其加药量和加药方式进行了研究。根据实验室试验及现场试验结果,确定的杀菌灭藻方案为:以氯系氧化性杀菌剂氯锭为主,杀灭水体中细菌;定期冲击式加入非氧化性杀菌剂(复合杀菌剂和异噻唑啉酮交替使用),提高杀菌灭藻功能。现场试验证明,新方案的杀菌灭藻效果显著,且大幅降低了杀菌剂的使用费用。 The non-oxidation type bactericides,namely quaternary ammonium salt and isezolintone,were oringinally used for sterilization and algae extermination of circulation water in Guohua Panshan Power Plant,their effectiveness wasn't good.Through measuring various bacteria existing in the circulating water and in sludge of the circulating water system,a sterilization test has been carried out with clear aim based on the bacterial sorts determined,agents for effective sterilization and algae extermination of the circulating water system as well as the dosage and dosing mode of said agents being screened out.On the basis of test results in the laboratory and in the field,a scheme for sterilization and algae extermination has been determined as follows:taking the oxidation type bactericide,i.e.clorine ingot,as the main bactericide for sterilization in the water body,the non-oxidation type bactericide and isezolintone,is periodically dosed with impulse mode,to enhance the function of sterilization and algae extermination.Tests in the field show that the new scheme has remarkable effectiveness,and decreasing the expenditure for bactericide by a big margin.
