摘要 随着DCS与PLC价格差距的逐步缩小,使得发电厂辅助车间控制系统采用DCS与主机形成一体化成为可能。以神华上湾热电厂2×150 MW机组为例,介绍了DCS主、辅机一体化控制系统的结构、硬件配置以及控制范围。实际应用表明,控制系统软、硬件的统一,避免了DCS与多种硬件设备接口,提高了控制系统的可靠性,减少了备品备件种类和控制系统维护工作量,大大节约了维护成本。 Along with gradually reducing of price difference between DCS and PLC,it makes the integration of DCS adopted control system in auxiliary workshops of power plants with the main machines to be possible.Taking 2×125 MW units in Shenhua Shangwan Thermal Power Plant as example,the structure,hardware allocation,and control range of the integrated control system of main-and-auxiliary machine in DCS have been presented.The practical application shows that the unitization of softwares and hardwares in the control system has avoided interfaces between DCS and hardware equipments,enhancing reliability of the control system,reducing amount of spare parts in many kinds,and maintenance work of the control system,greatly saving maintenance cost.
