摘要
利用有限元分析软件对南京电厂2×600 MW机组烟囱钢内筒吊装平台结构进行了刚度、强度等力学性能分析,并与实际测试结果进行了对比。结果表明,在载荷增大的情况下,实测与有限元计算对应点的应力值变化趋势一致。有限元分析结果可为现场烟囱钢内筒吊装工程的顺利实施提供依据。
By using the finite-element software,the performance of structural mechanics,such as stiffness and strength etc.,of hoisting platform used for inner steeel barrel of chemney for 2×600 MW units in Nanjing Power Plant has been analysed,and a comparison with the result of real test being made.Results show that the change tendency of stress at corresponding points are identical as the load is increasing.The result of finite-element analysis can provide basis for smooth implementation of on-the-site hoisting work for inner steel barrel.
