摘要
田湾核电站一期2台额定功率为1 060 MW的核电机组自投运以来,发电机前轴承因水平方向的油膜刚度和阻尼严重不足而存在较大的低频振动。通过降低10号轴承标高和减少11号轴承顶隙,使11号轴承的低频振动得到有效消除。
Since putting the 2×1 060 MW nuclear power units in the first-phase project of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant into operation,comparative large low-freency vibration is existing on the front bearing of generator due to seriously insufficient stiffness and resistance of oil film in the horizontal direction.Through reducing the elevation of bearing no.10 and decreasing the top gap of bearing no.11,effective elimination of low-frequency vibration on bearing no.11 has been obtained.
