摘要
通过分析中信大锰矿业有限责任公司大新分公司碳酸锰地采工程胶带斜井施工存在的运碴效率低、运碴汽车故障多,费用高、通风状况差等问题,提出在目前斜井斜长不长,还需进行混凝土模筑支护的情况下,宜改进采用故障少,爬坡能力大,汽车尾气得到净化的运碴汽车出碴;当斜井延伸较长,且斜井支护改为喷混凝土时,宜采用斜井箕斗出碴的方法。
Through an analysis of CITIC Daxin in carbonic acid manganese of mining engineering tape,we have found there are low construction efficiency,worst shipment of tramps,high cost and poor ventilation.The article analyzes the problems in the current inclined shaft,and it also shows a concrete mould of supporting conditions,by appropriating to improve in using fault less,climbing ability,including automobile exhaust of purifying end-gas.When shaft extension is long and the concretes are inclined to support to spray,it is appropriated to be used to incline the muck removal method.
