摘要
文章介绍了混凝法去除鸡粪厌氧消化液出水有机物质的工艺及条件优化的研究。在实验室条件下,通过CODcr,SS的去除率评价混凝工艺效果。实验首先进行混凝剂以及助凝剂的筛选,然后进一步考察了特定混凝剂以及助凝剂的优化反应条件。试验结果表明:1.相对于其他混凝剂以及助凝剂,聚合氯化铝(PAC)以及阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)是比较优化的组合;2.水力条件是影响混凝效果的关键因素,最佳搅拌速度为250~300 r.min-1左右;3.用Ca(OH)2调节pH值为8.6,PAC投加量为2.0~2.5 g.L-1,CPAM投加量为40~50 mg.L-1时效果较优,去除率分别为82.9%与94.78%。因此,混凝沉淀法能有效去除鸡粪厌氧消化液中的CODcr和SS,有效降低后续处理压力。
This paper reports the process and results of the coagulation for removal of organics from anaerobic digestion effluent of the chicken manure and the optimization.The effects of coagulants and flocculants were evaluated according to the removal of CODcr and SS under the laboratory condition.The result showed that: 1.comparing to the other coagulants and coagulant aids,the combination of PAC and CPAM is more optimized;2.the hydraulic condition is the key factors affecting coagulation,the best mixing speed was about 250~300 r·min-1;3.The best results were observed under the pH value of 8.6 and PAC dosage of 2.0~2.5 g·L-1 combined with CPAM dosage of 40~50 mg·L-1.The removal efficiency of CODcr and SS are reached to 82.9% and 94.78%,respectively.Therefore,the coagulation-flocculation could effectively remove CODcr and SS from anaerobic digestion effluent of chicken manure,and reduce the subsequent treating pressure.
