摘要
共聚焦激光显微内镜是内镜学技术上的一项新突破,它将共聚焦显微镜与普通内镜整合,使其能在人体进行组织学检查,并在行内镜检查时快速诊断疾病种类,尤其对于消化道肿瘤的良恶性鉴别、早期胃癌的诊断等有着重要价值。许多临床研究均证实其对上消化道疾病具有有效的诊断价值。现对共聚焦激光显微内镜在上消化道的临床应用予以综述。
Confocal laser endomicroscope is a recent advance in imaging technology that incorporates a confocal laser microscope into the tip of a flexible endoscope.It is a brand new endoscopic technique,which allows the in vivo histology to immediately diagnose diseases during endoscopy,especially in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant neoplasms and the early detection of gastric cancer.Many clinical researches confirm its efficiency in the diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal tract diseases.This review introduces the use of such new technology in clinical gastroenterology.
