摘要
锦州石化公司第3套催化裂化装置分馏系统蒸发器由于贴胀质量不好及管子与管板间的连接焊缝开裂,造成了蒸发器内漏;由于外头盖八角垫的残余变形和梯形槽密封面受损,造成了蒸发器外漏。清除管板上的裂纹、堆焊5mm厚的1Cr18Ni9Ti并经热处理,将换热管由原来的10号钢改为1Cr18Ni9Ti无缝钢管,进行强度焊加贴胀,解决了蒸发器的内漏问题;将原来的八角垫改为波齿复合垫片,解决了蒸发器的外漏问题。经上述改动后,收到较好的效果。
