摘要
基于变工况条件下机械密封端面运动的实验,运用流体膜相变理论,讨论了机械密封在变工况条件下相变半径的变化,提出了解决因相变半径的突变带来的机械密封不稳定的方法,依据变工况汽液两相密封理论,设计了抗变机械密封并成功地应用于100YⅡ-120泵上。
Onthebasisoftheexperimentonmechnicalsealendfacemovementundervariableworkingcondition,bytheuseoffluidmembrancephasetransitiontheory,thechangeofphasetransitionradiusofmechanicalsealundervariableworkingconditionisdiscussed.Themethodforresolvingmechanicalsealunstabilitycausedbysuddenchangeofphasetransitionradiusisproposed.Onthebasisofvaporliquidtwophasesealtheoryundervariableworkingcondition,thefluctuationreisistantmechanicalsealisdesignedandempolyedin100Y120pumpsuccessfully.
