从目的论视角看有意误译

A Study on Deliberate Mistranslation from the Perspective of Skopos Theory

误译是翻译过程中不可避免的一种现象,误译有无意误译和有意误译之分。无意误译主要归因于译者的双语能力,以及对双语国家的文化背景知识等的掌握情况,它不涉及译者的主观故意或翻译的目的。有意误译是译者出于某种翻译目的,在翻译过程中为传达原文的形式、内容、风格等方面而表现出来的故意不忠实于原文的翻译行为。本文以德国功能翻译学派的翻译目的论为理论基础来探讨有意误译,旨在目的论的视角下探讨有意误译存在的必然性。

Mistranslation is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of translation,and mistranslation can be classified into unintentional mistranslation and deliberate mistranslation.Unintentional mistranslation is mainly caused by the translator＇s bilingual competence and the master of the cultural background knowledge of the bilingual countries,etc.Unintentional mistranslation does not involve the translator＇s subjective purposes of translation.Deliberate mistranslation is such a kind of translation behavior that in the process of translation,out of some purpose,the translator deliberately disobeys the original text to convey the original form,content and style,etc.This paper,based on Skopos theory,explores deliberate mistranslation,aiming to prove the necessity of the existence of deliberate mistranslation from the perspective of Skopos theory.
