通过分析当前我国高职院校旅游管理专业课程设置存在的主要问题,树立以能力为本位的高职旅游管理专业课程目标的价值取向,使高职生毕业后更适应当前市场经济条件下旅游业发展的需求。

The author of this paper has discussed the curriculum of the vocational Tourism Management Discipline based on the students＇ competence in order that the graduates might get more adapted to the tourism development under the market circumstances.
