摘要
在联醇生产中的变换工段,根据CO的反应原理及Fe-Cr、Co-Mo系催化剂的特点,其变换工艺可以有几种选择,即全中变工艺、中串低工艺和全低变工艺,由于前二者全部或部分使用了中变Fe-Cr系催化剂,均存在过度还原等副反应的可能性,而后者仅使用Co-Mo系的低变催化剂,不仅避免了此类问题的出现,而且还具有反应温度低、能耗低等一系列优点,确定了全低变工艺在实施过程中的可行性。
There are three different shift processes for choose in the shift section of the combined methanol production,which are the total middle temperature shift process,the low strings change process and the all low-temperature shift process,according to the reaction principle of CO and the features of Fe-Cr、Co-Mo series catalyst.Both of the first two processes use Fe-Cr series middle temperature shift catalyst totally or partly.And for this reason,they have the possibility of occuring secondary reactions,such as over-reduction and so on.However,the latter just use Co-Mo series low temperature shift catalyst,not only this case will not occur,but there are advantages such as lower reaction temperature,energy consumption and ensuring the feasibility of the all low-temperature shift process in implementation.
