在网络时代背景下,为应对互联网触发或者扩大的公共危机,传统的公安情报工作被赋予了新的内容。把握公安情报工作与公共危机管理之间的契合点,是二者从陌生走向互动的逻辑起点。实现公安情报工作与现代公共危机管理之间的良性互动,需要健全公共危机管理的信息响应机制,建立信息公开平台,建立严格的信息披露机制,加强对网络日常维护及监控,打造一支高素质的情报专业队伍。
