摘要 采用问卷调查法和实地走访调查法,对哈尔滨市鹿产品经销店、鹿产品消费者进行了调查,分析了消费者对鹿及其产品的认知度、使用或购买鹿产品的原因、相关群体及消费者对鹿产品的主观价格等,探析了影响消费者对鹿及其产品认知度的因素和制约鹿产品市场发展的因素,提出了进一步培育鹿产品消费市场、促进鹿产品消费的几点建议。 Using questionnaire and the spot visit investigation method, the shops and the consumer of Deer′s products in Harbin were investigated.And the cognition of the consumer on Deer and Deer′s products,the reason to use or buy Deer′s products,the related groups and the subjective price of the consumer were analyzed.On the basis,the factors affecting the cognition of consumer and restricting the development of Deer′s products market were analyzed,too.Further more,some suggestions on cultivating the market of Deer′s products and promoting the consume were also discussed,which would found the scientific basis for the further development of Deer industry.
