摘要
铁路站车食品种类多,来源复杂。通过对全路近3年站车食品抽样检测结果分析,制定铁路站车食品安全分级目录,从而对铁路站车食品进行分级管理,对风险性大的食品进行重点监督检查,确保铁路站车食品的安全。
The foodstuffs in railway is known for its great variety as well as its complex and multiplex detail of the source.According to the sampling results of the foodstuffs in the past three years,the hierarchical directory about foodstuffs security has been formulated.This project is prepared for the hierarchical managements and the supervision of those risky foods,to ensure the security of edible foodstuffs in our rail.
