摘要
目前,河南省国家级裁判员明显人数偏少,裁判员队伍的发展存在明显的技术等级发展不平衡和数量与质量发展不平衡的现象,管理部门的管理过程细而不严、严而不慎;裁判员的晋级速度较慢,培训、学习机会不多,尤其培养年轻裁判员队伍建设和现有裁判员学习培训都较落后,年轻裁判员不能经常被高级别的比赛所调用,缺乏锻炼的机会和执裁经验等。这都是限制河南省高级别裁判员发展的主要因素。
At present,there exists obvious problems in Henan referee circle:the number of referees above national level is too few,imbalance exists both in the development of technical level and the quality of referees,which reflects ill sports administration.Young referees have fewer opportunities of train and study;so they get slower promotion and they can't judge higher level match.These are the main factors which restrict the development of high level referees.
