摘要
篮球教学俱乐部已经成为一种新的教学形式,在很大程度上促进了篮球教学的发展。从高校篮球俱乐部的现状入手,探讨高校篮球俱乐部的管理问题,内容包括:应合理制定管理目标;改变原有的年级选项授课方式;采用学生会员制,灵活调整活动开展的时间;加强思想教育管理;优化组织结构和经费来源多元化5个方面。
The basketball club is becoming a new teaching form,and prompts the development of basketball teaching.Starting with the current situation,the paper discussed the mangement of university basketball club.The paper proposed that we should make sensible object,change the grade teaching form,adopt member system,provid the flexible training schedule,enhasce ideological education,perfect the organization structure and enrich the sources of funds.
