摘要
"禹步"本是模拟大禹偏枯"步不相过"的一种巫步,后来纳入道教法术系统,成为道教"步罡踏斗"重要法术。通过对河洛地区传统体育文化"禹步"的研究,揭示"禹步"的起源、发展及健身价值。
＂Yubu＂ is a kind of footwork in wizardry,which imitates the special paces the hemiplegic Dayu.Later ＂Yubu＂ becomes an important part of Taoistwizardry to the ＂footprint like the figure of Beidou（the BigDipper）＂.The paper want to disclose that originating and development and the value in body building about ＂Yubu＂,according to traditional physical education culture of Heluo area.
