城乡体育公共服务一体化评估指标体系研究

Research on the Evaluation Index System about Sports Public Service Integration of Urban and Rural

通过运用文献资料法、特尔菲法、AHP等方法,探讨了城乡体育公共服务一体化的内涵;构建了城乡体育公共服务一体化评估指标体系,并确定了各指标的权重;最后对江苏省8个市(县)进行了综合评估,认为苏南三地处于体育公共服务城乡一体化扩散阶段,苏中三地处于起步阶段,苏北两地处于准备阶段。

This paper looks for the connotations of Urban and Rural integration of sports public service and establishes the index system for the service evaluation by using the methods like Document-research,Delphi,AHP etc.And this index system contains three first-level indices and seventeenth second-level indices,each has been ascertained the index weight.And finally it was applied to the comprehensive evaluation of eight municipals and counties in Jiangsu province,China.What we got is that there are 3 district of southern Jiangsu are in the diffusion stage of the Urban and Rural Integration of Sports public service while there are 3 districts located in the central region of Jiangsu are in the starting phase,3 districts in northern Jiangsu just in the preparation stage.
