摘要
大学健康体育课程教学只有以服务学生,帮助学生获得高质量生活的能力为目标,才能真正反映时代发展的客观需要和学生个体切身利益的需要。因而也才有可能从根本上调动大学生学习体育的主动积极性,切实增强体育教学的实效性。据此大学生健康体育课程的教学,应该以引领学生积极主动参与,实用性强,集健、美、乐于一身的运动内容为主要内容。在教法上,通过预知,实践,总结三个层次了解和体会最基础的健身手段和方法,并从中学会举一反三的基础健身理论,从而实现大学体育学习方式的转变。由此提出:在大学生健康体育课程的教学中引入让学生在健身计划指导下进行课堂练习的教学法,以实现大学体育健康课程教学的目标。
Only through setting up the goal of serving students,and helping them cultivate the ability to obtain high quality life,can University Health Physical Education Course truly reflect the objective demands of the times and the immediate interests of the individual student's needs.Consequently,it is possible to arouse students the fundamental motivation to learn sports,and enhance the effectiveness of physical education practically.Accordingly,the main content of health physical education teaching should focus on practical sports leading the students in active participation,and integrated health,beauty,and joy.Referring to the teaching methods,through three levels,predicting,practicing,and concluding,the most basic means and methods of body building is understood and appreciated,and basic body building theory is learnt by analogy,so that reform of learning approach to university physical education could be achieved.Thus this paper proposes to introduce the teaching method of guiding students to practice in class with the body building plan,in order to achieve the goal of College Students' health physical education course Teaching.
