我国体育社团问题特征与发展对策

The Characteristics of Problems and Solutions to Our Country's Physical Community

面临政府职能转移的深化和后奥运时期群众体育需求多元化所带来的挑战,体育社团作为扩大体育参与的重要组织形式和承接政府职能转移的重要载体,其改革与发展问题越来越受到各级政府和学界的广泛重视。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对中国体育社团的宏观问题特征进行分析,并提出体育社团发展的若干对策。

Facing the further transfer of governmental functions and the challenges brought by the pluralism of masses＇ physical need in the post-Olympic period,the physical community,as an important organizational form for expanding participation and a crucial carrier for continuing the transfer of governmental functions,has drawn an extensive attention from governments of all levels and academia by its reform and development issues.This paper uses documents and materials,logic analysis and other research methods to analyze the characteristics of macroeconomic issues of physical communities in China,on which basis provides some solutions for the development of physical communities.
