摘要
对螺旋管材激光三连续弯曲精度控制进行了理论分析,建立了工艺参数与弯曲件尺寸的关系模型,绘制了工艺参数与弯曲件尺寸的关系图,为提高螺旋管激光三维连续弯曲精度提供了理论依据。通过螺旋管激光三维连续弯曲实验,验证了工艺方案的可行性。根据弯曲结果,结合理论分析,进一步调整工艺参数,使螺旋管直径精度提高60%,螺距精度提高53%。
This paper takes the forming of helical tubes as objective to study the precision control of the three-dimensional continuous laser tube bending. The relationship between process parameters and bending dimensions is obtained through theoretical analysis and the relation charts between them are drawn, providing the theoretical basis for the improvement of forming precision. The three-dimensional continuous laser bending of helical tube is experimented then and the result shows that the process scheme is practical. For improving the bending precision, the process parameters are adjusted further based on the previous bending result and analysis. The later experiment result shows that, with the new bending parameters, the precision of the diameter of the helical tube is improved by 60%, and the helical pitch, 53%.
