摘要
利用温度传感器、采集卡、加热控制模块等构成一个温度检测及控制的闭环智能温度控制平台。将采集的实际温度信号、设定的温度值以及温差值,传送到设计的模糊控制器进行误差模糊化,其输出值u来控制PWM的占空比,用PWM波来控制固态继电器的开关时间,从而实现温度控制。实验结果证明了该方法能实现温度控制性能参数的提高。
A closed-loop control system is constructed by using detecting sensor,DAQ,and calefaction controller, we collect the real temperature information, enactment temperature value and the difference, dispose them with fuzzy control algorithmic. Then the output u of fuzzy controller dominate the occupy and empty ratio of PWM. The PWM is used to controll the on-off time of the solid relay and realize the temperature control. The test shows the control algorithm improves the temperature control performance parameter.
