摘要
为探索高等院校科研资金投入产出相关性,以北京信息科技大学各学院和校内独立科研机构为样本,统计各学院和校内独立科研机构2005-2009年的科研资金投入和科研成果产出量化数,分析二者的相关系数,以投入和产出为变量,建立出线性回归方程。结果表明,科研资金投入和科研成果产出量化数存在显著的关系,为进一步提高科研效益提供参考。
Based on the samples of schools and independent institutes of Beijing Information Science ＆ Technology University, the input of research funding and research from 2005 to 2009 are quantified so as to explore the relativity between the input and output of scientific research funding in institntions higher education, and the relevant coefficient between the two is calculated. With the two variables of input and output, the linear regression equation is obtained. It is concluded that there is apparent relation between the two, and it provides reference for improving research profit.
