摘要
以油桃品种‘曙光’(Prunus persica var.Nectariana cv.Shuguang)为试材,采用呼吸抑制剂法研究光周期处理下叶芽在休眠诱导期抗氰呼吸(交替途径)的发生、运行情况.结果表明:休眠诱导期内,叶芽总呼吸速率(Vt)呈单峰变化,短日照使其降低,诱导高峰期前移,而长日照亦降低Vt,但峰期后移.交替途径容量(Valt)呈双峰曲线变化而实际运行活性(ρValt)则为单峰曲线,两者后期变化不同步.自然低温和短日照共同作用可以显著诱导Valt和ρValt前期高峰期提前,显著降低后期Valt和ρValt.而长日照则对前期高峰具延迟效果,并有利于整个休眠诱导期ρValt的提高.日照长度对叶芽后期Valt高峰期迁移无明显作用.长日照有利于提高抗氰呼吸实际运行活力对总呼吸速率的贡献率,但抗氰呼吸不是主要的电子呼吸传递途径.
Respiration inhibitors(KCN and SHAM) were used to investigate the cyanide-resistant respiration in nectarine(Prunus persica var.nectariana cv.Shuguang) leaf buds under different photoperiod treatments during dormancy induction.The result revealed that the variation in total respiratory rate(Vt) of leaf buds showed single peak curves,short day treatment reduced Vt and made peak time lasting,and long day treatment also reduced Vt but delayed the peak time.The capacity(Valt) showed double peak-shaped curves,but the change in activity(ρValt) showed single peak,and had different patterns during the measurement.Natural low temperature and short day induced an advanced shift of peak time at early stage remarkably,and reduced Vt and ρValt obviously.Long day could delay peak time and increase ρValt of the whole dormancy induction significantly.Length of day had no time-effects on the peak value of Valt at late stage.Long day was favorable for increasing the contribution rate of ρValt of the cyanide-resistant respiration to Vt(ρValt/Vt).However,cyanide-resistant respiration was not a major electronic respiratory pathway.
