摘要
以分析纯Al(OH)3、NaOH、纳米SiO2等为原料,在水热条件下制备光致变色方钠石粉体。通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜对合成方钠石的结构及微观形貌进行研究,并利用紫外-可见分光光度仪研究方钠石的光致变色特性。结果表明:控制原料钠与硅的物质的量比为10∶1、硅与铝的物质的量比为2.5∶1、温度约为90℃的条件下,可合成出粒径大小均一、粒度约为1μm且结晶完好的方纳石晶体。合成方钠石样品对可见光的吸收率很低,而对紫外光的吸收率很大。
Photochromic sodalite powder samples were synthesized by a hydrothermal method with different conditions of the reaction solutions using analytically pure Al (OH) 3, NaOH, nano-sized SiO: and so on. The structure and microcosmic morphology of the samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The photochromic characteristic of the sodalite powder samples were tested by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer. The results indicated that the sizes of the well crystalloid sodalite grains were about 1μm. The best experimental conditions for synthesizing crystalloid sodalite were that the molar ratio of Na and Si was 10:1, molar ratio of Si and Al was 2.5:1, temperature of reaction was 90 ℃. The absorptivity of sodalite powder samples to visible wave was poor, but the absorptivity to ultraviolet wave was strong.
