摘要
综合考虑MIG焊接物理过程,建立了MIG焊接熔池流场和温度场的数值分析模型。采用数值模拟技术,研究了焊接工艺参数对焊缝几何尺寸的影响规律。实验表明,焊缝几何尺寸和焊接热循环的计算值和实测值吻合良好,这一方法可用于焊缝几何尺寸的预测和控制。
Considering the physical process of MIG welding,the numerical analysis model of the fluid flow and the temperature field has been developed. Numerical simulation technique is employed to study the correlations of welding process paranieters and the weld geometry sizes. The experiments show that the predicted weld dimensions are in agreement with the measured ones,and the geometry sizes of the weld can be predicted and controlled by this way.
