摘要
依据当前公路施工部门对工程机械运用技术人才的需求状况，明确了我校工程机械运用技术专业教学改革的指导思想和基本思路，系统阐述了专业培养方案，并对本专业的教学改革进行了可行性论证。
The paper demonstrates the feasibility of teaching reformation of the speciality based on the need for technical persons with the skills of engineering machinery application by present road - building departments.
