摘要
据小麦叶片形态结构的变化,研究了小麦叶片的分化、成长、建成过程,并进行了分期,进一步探讨了小麦叶片建成的肥水效应规律。在分析小麦叶片形态结构分化进程的基础上,将小麦叶片建成过程分为:幼叶奠基、原形成层分化、叶肉细胞分化、组织开始成熟、组织完全成熟六期。诸分化期转折的形态结构指标分别为原套平周分裂,中脉原形成层分化,表皮毛和叶舌分化,叶肉细胞分化,叶片伸长达终长的50~70%和805以上。肥水对叶片形态结构的效应主要为促进纵向与横向的细胞分裂,增加了细胞数目,对细胞大小影响不大。
According to the change of the morphological structure of the wheat leaf blade,the differentiation,growth and morphogenetic process of the wheat leaf blade was investigated and grouped by six stages i.e.the stage of young leaf primordium formed,the stage of differentiation of procambium,the stage of differentiation of mesophyllous cell,the stage of onset of tissue ripeness and the stage of full tissue ripeness.The priclinal division of tunic, the diferentiation of midrib procambium,the differentiation of epidermal hair and ligule,the differentiation of mesophyllous cell and the elongation of leaf to over 50~70% and 80% of the last length are as the indices of morpho- logical structure during the differential change stages.The regularity of the manure and water effect of morphogenesis of the wheat leaf blade was further probed.
