The establishment of voluntary surrender is the general condition of surrender.However,in judicial practice,there are a lot of controversy.Although the Supreme Court of the surrender of the ＂voluntary surrender＂ scenario were detailed provisions,but in judicial practice,these related ＂voluntary surrender＂ of judicial interpretation to be understood and how to use appropriate,become a reality urgent solution problem.To surrender the practical application of the judicial interpretation of the perspective,the implications for judicial practice related to the voluntary surrender of a number of difficult issues would benefit thereby determining the existence of the plot surrendered.
