摘要
第一次世界大战结束后不久,英国政府迫于经济的压力,开始实施"十年规则",用以指导国家战略政策的制订与执行。20世纪30年代初,面对欧亚法西斯势力的战争威胁,英国政府最终在1933年底正式废除了"十年规则"。"十年规则"不仅仅是1919-1933年间英国国家战略的指导性原则,而且对之后直至二战爆发英国的国家战略,尤其是军事战略,产生了深远的影响。
Soon after the First World War,as a result of fiscal difficulties,British government began to implement Ten Year Rule,which became the guiding principle of formulating and carrying out of national strategy.In the early 30＇s of twenty century,war crisis in Europe and Asia was growing quickly,so British government had abolished Ten Year Rule in the end of 1933.However,Ten Year Rule not only was the guiding principle of British strategic policy between 1919 to 1933,but had far-reaching impact on strategy of Britain afterwards to eruption of Second World War,particularly on military strategy.
