摘要
阐述了基于EMS(Energy management system,能量管理系统)混杂控制结构的AVC(Automatic voltage control)系统总体方案,以中山电网的一体化SCADA/EMS平台的电压无功优化闭环控制系统(AVC)为例,从系统的结构、控制模式、安全策略和应用情况等方面,介绍这种地区电网无功优化闭环控制的新模式。
The global project of AVC (Automatic voltage control) system, structured on the hybrid control theory, based on EMS is formulated. With the application of integration SCADA/EMS platform in Zhongshan power grid as an example, focusing on the system structure, contro! mode, security, control strategic, a new model of close-loop reactive power optimization system for district power grid is introduced.
