电视法制节目一方面肩负着"普法""载道"的社会责任,另一方面又面临着发展困境。形态老化,同质化竞争;题材资源匮乏,争夺激烈;围追堵截,其它电视栏目大量涉及法制题材。文章基于法制节目的社会责任和面临的困境,探讨法制节目未来的发展策略和方向。

On the one hand,the television program of law has the social responsibility of ＂publicize the legal＂ and ＂promote moral＂.On the other hand,the television program of law faces many difficulties in the development such as,morphology obsolescence,the same quality program comrpetition,material resources scarce and its strong struggle of topits and the chase and the block and block,of other related subjects of the TV program refer to legislation subject.This article is based on the public responsibility and problem facing of the television program of law,and malces researchs into the television program of law development strategy and direction in the future.
